Windows administrators must always be prepared for the worst-case scenario: system failure. Luckily, Windows 10 offers a variety of recovery and restoration options to help recover corrupt or missing files and get a PC back in working order. This course teaches IT professionals how to perform a system restore, refresh, or reset, and intelligently manage the Windows update process. James Gonzalez shows how to define system restore points, create a system image, and get comfortable with troubleshooting PC issues in the Windows Recovery Environment. He also helps you schedule and install updates, and roll them back when there are problems. Plus, learn how to manage which applications boot on startup and recover individual files with tools like File History and OneDrive.
